In the series I’m going to delve into the back catalogue of some classic labels. Some examples of golden oldie favourites will include:


AM:PM - A Melodic Voyage:


Our series sets sail with AM:PM, a record label that revolutionised the dance music landscape with its signature melodic tunes. Founded in 1992 by the renowned DJ and producer Alistair Whitehead, AM:PM brought a refreshing blend of soulful house, uplifting melodies, and infectious rhythms. Artists like Mousse T., Boris Dlugosch, and Byron Stingily graced its roster, churning out timeless hits like "Horny" and "Sing a Song."


Defected Records - Defining Dance Music:

Founded by Simon Dunmore in 1999, Defected became synonymous with house music excellence.
