Dangerous Dougal, Traktor Pro 3 Tutorials and YouTube

As you may have guessed I’m a Traktor user. I’ve been on the platform for well over 10 years (probably near 15 in fact) and have come to love the software and hardware despite it’s recent loss of development cycle. I’ve used Traktor with everything from Traktor F1s, X1s, a Z2 mixer, a Traktor S4 mk3 and mappings on an Allen and Heath K2. I’ve got so used to the platform I've not felt the need to change. As far as I’m concerned, it does what it says on the tin.

I’m also not the only one. There are still a number of users worldwide as well as many famous DJs still using Traktor at gigs all around the world. As an example an obvious one is Danny Tenaglia. He travels simply with Traktor Pro 3 on a laptop, a soundcard and two Traktor F1 controllers. His Instagram feed is full of content showcasing his simple travel set up.

So, if your reading this I’m guessing maybe your looking to learn about Traktor software and hardware.
